Words & Wellness
Affirmations and Practices for Holistic Wellbeing
A Book With Intention
Words & Wellness is more than a book—it’s a guided companion for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and connection.
Inside, you’ll find affirmations rooted in compassion, wellness practices to support reflection and growth, and space to write your own intentions. This book is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, call in the life you desire, and realize the quiet power of your words.
A unique feature: The affirmations are organized by categories of holistic wellbeing—offering focused support in areas like clarity, boundaries, softness, action, and connection. Whether you're looking to energize, reflect, or reset, there's a section to meet that moment.
Created With Purpose
Words & Wellness was created not only to support individual wellbeing, but also to help fund Remember Wellness, a nonprofit recovery home for women and trans individuals in Columbus, Ohio.
Proceeds from every book go directly to Remember Wellness, helping provide trauma-informed housing, wellness offerings, and community-based recovery support to those rebuilding their lives.
A First Offering from Well Wide Publishing
This book also marks the beginning of Well Wide Publishing, an independent imprint founded to empower people to share what they’ve lived, create meaningful tools, and generate sustainable support for the missions that matter most to them.
We believe the stories and practices that shape our lives are worth sharing. Words & Wellness is just the beginning.
Whether you're here as a reader, a seeker, or someone imagining a book of your own, we’re so glad you found your way here.
A Note from the Founder
Hi, I’m Preston Murray. I’m the founder of Well Wide Publishing and the Executive Director of Remember Wellness.
For a long time, I’ve held the dream of turning what I’ve learned into a book. Words & Wellness grew out of that dream, and the encouragement I received from the community at Remember Wellness gave me the push to finally do it.
Creating this book over the past year taught me so much—about myself, about the creative process, and about what it means to share something meaningful. It reminded me that our lived experiences are worth offering to others.
I started Well Wide Publishing to help others take that step too. If you have a story, a set of practices, or something you’ve lived through that could support someone else, I’d love for you to imagine your book featured here.
This is just the beginning.
